Terms of Agreement for online trading between Bella Leopardo (ABN 98691809434) (“BELLA LEOPARDO”) and the user of this website (“You/Your”)

Placing an Order and Payment

By completing a Purchase Order, You are making an offer to Purchase the product at the price set out in the Website.

Payment must be made at the time of submitting the Purchase Order. Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal only. BELLA LEOPARDO accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal. You warrant that You are an authorised user of the credit card or PayPal account used to complete payment.

All Purchase Orders placed through this Website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by BELLA LEOPARDO. We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of Your Purchase Order. BELLA LEOPARDO may reject Your Purchase Order, and refund any payment made by You, at any time prior to dispatch.

The Purchase Order must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the Agreement. All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are ordering from outside Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can still order by credit card – your currency will automatically be converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank or credit provider for details. The final charge to your card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit card provider. For this reason, we are not able to take responsibility for the final amount charged to your credit card or PayPal account.

If we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or in the case where we may suspect fraudulent use of credit card - we reserve the right to not accept your order. We also reserve the right to not accept your order if certain shipping restrictions apply for the area of delivery, or if the item ordered is out or stock or withdrawn from sale for any particular reason. In all of these instances you will receive an explanatory email promptly after order placement.

BELLA LEOPARDO reserves the right to limit the quantities of product sold as it sees fit. As a condition of this agreement, BELLA LEOPARDO does not permit the purchase of items for resale without a formal wholesale agreement.

eGift Cards
​
eGift cards are issued via an electronic format to the nominated recipients email address provided. eGift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and redeemable at checkout by using the unique code issued with the eGift card notification email. eGift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable or redeemable for cash. eGift cards are available to purchase internationally. eGift cards do not include the shipping fee should the total value of the order fall below the free shipping threshold of the products purchased. eGift cards must be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or misplaced. eGift cards can only be used for online purchases. We endeavour to issue all eGift cards on the preferred date specified on each order, however under mitigating circumstances, this at times may not be possible. Important Information

Just like our Leopardo girls, no two shoes will ever be the same. Due to the nature of the natural and printed leathers used, each pair of shoes will be as unique as the woman wearing them.
By purchasing ‘Bella Leopardo’ shoes, you understand that they will be unique in colour, distress, leather grain, hair and hide.
We strive to keep each pair within a certain range of colour and pattern. Images pictured on the website are a good guide as to what your shoes will look like.
Please also consider, the possible there may be slight colour variation between different devices.
We do not refund or replace shoes due to preference of distress, colour or leather grain.

Prices
​
BELLA LEOPARDO reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online site at any time. The price payable for the Goods shall be the price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered. Advertised prices are in Australian Dollars and are all inclusive of GST. Sometimes typographical or human errors may occur, in which case we will try our best to quickly rectify, but we hold no responsibility for. BELLA LEOPARDO may request payment for increased prices, You may cancel the order at the time of notification.
